What Do I Do If I Am Receiving An Error Code?

When you are logging in for the first time your screen may default with an error like “Bad Credentials”. This is just a default because you are not logged in so just ignore the error and proceed to log in by selecting Pin Code and put in your Device Link Code.

If you are receiving an error code and it is just displaying 2 diamond buttons to the right that say Settings and Refresh ONLY (does not display Username/Password and Pin Code Buttons) we will probably need to reset your MAC ID.

Please send us your Mac ID number along with Error Message through Email or Live Chat so we can get that reset for you right away!
